Assembly line success rate = 100%? I don’t think so…Testing? What am I paying for?

Well after ordering several huge purchases from online dealer www.mwave.com I think I will stop doing business with them. Recently I made a purchase from them where they messed up my order. Apparently if you order memory from them and they give you half the size sticks you ordered it is 100% OK with them to not refund or attempt to remedy the problem. I am more than willing to photograph my motherboard/cpu/memory combo that I recieved or show them a picture of my machine booting or running windows reporting that the memory installed is half of what I had ordered. Regardless of the sticker on the memory from them that dictates 256MB that I am more than willing to photograph and return. Apparently it is more likely that I ordered a seperate stick of 256MB just to deal with this and get a 512 stick at that price rather than joe blow computer assembly worker grabbed the wrong stick of memory from there inventory when assembling my combo. That couldn’t happen could it?
