CPU usage is quite low (about 0-2%) on an AMD 64 3000+ stock speeds and I had around 10 torrents seeding and 2 downloading. Still going to give uTorrent a try though, since people are switching to it, and it uses a lot less memory. Who knows, maybe my speeds will increase a bit. Still leaning toward Azureus though, open source FTW! I recently downloaded the FC5 3.1GB DVD ISO < 30min using uTorrent without disturbing anything else running on the machine. I have given up on Azureus for months now. Open source is great.
